HOW I WORK
Most of this business runs on guesswork dressed up as expertise. I would rather show you the data. Every recommendation I make — what to list at, what to offer, when to walk — comes with the comparable sales behind it, so you can check my reasoning instead of taking my word for it.
That means I will sometimes tell you a place is a bad buy, or that your price expectation is off. It is a shorter conversation than the alternative.
